Minimum qualifications:
  • 15 years of experience promoting IT solutions to companies.
  • 10 years of experience leading and scaling teams.
  • Experience in working with Engineers and Customer Technical Leads to build business cases and accompanying plans for implementation.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
  • Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed our technology into their product set.
  • Experience and understanding promoting an AI technology.
  • Experience in leadership in growing and scaling sales organizations.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.
  • Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in AI.
About the job As an AI Sales Specialist Manager, you will be responsible for growing our AI business by building and leading teams who are working to deploy our AI solutions. You will build relationships with internal relationships (e.g., FSR, KADs, CEs, SAs, Product) and with external customer stakeholders, identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team as a whole.   • Be accountable for developing, advancing and closing sales pipelines AI bookings and business.
  • Own executive relationships with our customers. Manage teams that are focused on executive-level engagements coupled with scale and growth opportunities.
  • Support the promoters to build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI Subject Matter Expert, influence long-term strategic direction for your new and existing customers as well as the Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and Customer Engineers (CEs).
  • Support the promoters to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
  • Work with Google Account and technical teams to develop and drive pipelines, and provide expertise. Execute Go-To-Market business plays and related efforts with the Cloud Teams and Google Cloud Platform Partners.
