About the Position

Become a member of our international and multi-disciplinary team, where you will take part in helping to craft the future of our brand by overseeing the operation of the Product/Content and Marketing teams.

Our team values collaboration, sharing ideas, and championing user-centered experiences across the organization.

The marketing team at Rocket Lawyer works with cross-functional partners owning the execution of projects from start to finish. You will work with many departments to not only elevate our user acquisition but help to maintain a consistent improving user experience.

On the product side, we work hard to deliver the highest quality content and documents to our members. There is a constant effort to keep in sight that our next steps are dictated by what people need the most. This translates into strategically thinking about our product expansion and UX improvements.

This role is an opportunity to develop and define how small businesses and consumers get legal solutions anytime, anywhere and join us in expanding the Rocket Lawyer brand on a global scale.

What you'll do
  • All together:
  • You will be part of a multidisciplinary and diverse team, with lawyers, developers, marketing associates and a designer. You will be responsible for strategically leading the efforts in the most efficient direction. You will also answer for and be responsible for the development of some team members.
  • From a more practical perspective, some of the responsibilities are:
  • Drive constant and efficient growth in our budget and conversions of online paid campaigns, including the start of new acquisition channels;
  • Orchestrate the different brand touchpoints with the audience to guarantee tone of voice and topics consistency;
  • Manage our Social Media and PR strategy;
  • Work with the data team to improve measurement, attribution and incrementality visibility;
  • Work with the international development team to implement tags and necessary changes to the website;
  • Join the international Directors to elaborate and discuss global marketing projects;
  • Establish an SEO improvement routine to reach our organic conversion goals. This includes the definition, prioritization and creation or optimization of the website content;
  • Support other team members with the launch of new products;
  • Drive efforts to better understand our customers and their needs;
  • Improve our Conversion Rates by offering our future members a better user experience;
  • Work with the international development team to improve our checkout and billing efficiency.
The ideal candidate has
  • An analytical approach to data analysis;
  • Understanding of what is possible and how to connect multiple marketing areas, such as CRO, CRM, SEO, Content and Social Media;
  • Intimacy with the concept of acquisition funnel and how to optimize it;
  • Experience with prioritization and team management;
  • Experience with multiple online paid marketing channels, specially Meta Ads and Google Ads;
  • Experience with GA4;
  • Understanding of tags and how GTM works.

  • Experience with subscription-based SaaS products;
  • Experience with product launch;
  • Experience in the legal world;
  • Experience with international teams.
