We are now looking for the Head of Growth for our new Business Unit — JoomPro Analytics.
JoomPro Analytics is an analytical service for businesses aiming to optimize their presence and sales on online marketplaces. We start in Brazil, but expect to expand to other markets. Our solution empowers sellers to make data-driven decisions and achieve maximum success in e-commerce. Most importantly JoomPro Analytics should provide an answer to “What should I buy to make money on local marketplaces?” question and it will help merchants to optimize their daily work on marketplaces. JoomPro Analytics is mainly focused on small and medium businesses that are already working in e-commerce or on those who just started their business.
JoomPro Analytics is entering the next stage of Growth and is currently expanding into exciting new markets. We are seeking a data driven Head of Growth for this pivotal role who is a customer champion and can adeptly set and execute stellar growth strategies building upon JoomPro Analytic's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies to drive growth
- Optimize customer service and sales processes
- Improve CRM systems to boost customer retention and identify upsell opportunities
- Manage budget planning for growth initiatives, including revenue generation and cost efficiency
- Build strategic partnerships for market expansion
- Build and lead high-performing growth team
Requirements
- Experience in the e-commerce sector
- Proven experience in a senior growth role, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated commercial skills with a successful history of creating and negotiating partnerships
- Experience in team building, people management, and creating a positive work environment
- Fluency in Portuguese, at least a B1 level of English proficiency preferred

- Experience in B2B market
- Proficiency in Spanish
