Alight is currently recruiting for HR Customer Service Agent with German located in Poland.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responding to HR queries from employees (including email and telephone contact with client employees)
• Recording data in the SAP HR system
• Time recording
• Customer service
• Participation in an interesting project in the HR area
• Other HR administration tasks that we would be happy to discuss during the recruitment process

Required Experience:

• Very good knowledge of German

• Communicative knowledge of English
• Experience in HR / Customer Service / administration dedicated to German-speaking markets would be an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills
