HR People Partner
 

Location: Barueri-SP
Work Contract: CLT
Work Model: At least 2x a week in the office.
Full-time position.
 

Speaking English for this position is extremely necessary.


PURPOSE
To develop and/or guide activities related to human resource management processes, involving recruitment and selection, positions and salaries, performance evaluation and internal communication, conducting the implemented programs, conducting needs/engagement surveys, suggesting alternatives to identified problems, supporting the leadership in the management of its teams and executing/participating in studies for new projects/programs, aiming to contribute to the retention, motivation and development of the Organization's human resources. DIRECTLY REPORT - HR Director PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSABILITIES • To act proactively among the different areas and Human Resources, supporting the leadership in the management of their teams, carrying out needs/engagement survey, suggesting alternatives to optimize verified items and seeking the professional and motivational development of employees to fulfill the goals set forth.
• To develop out personnel recruitment and selection, by means of vacancies, identifying and selecting recruitment sources, screening candidates, conducting tests/interviews or submitting processes to outsourced consultants, in order to seek qualified professionals that meet the needs of development and growth of the company.
• To perform the maintenance of the policy of positions and salaries, describing, analyzing, evaluating and classifying positions, updating salary table and job structure and other procedures, which contribute to maintain the internal balance and competitiveness of the company in front of the market.
• To assist the leadership in personnel movements processes, creation and maintenance of vacancies, etc., aiming at the compliance with the policies set forth and meeting the needs of the areas.
• To participate in and/or drive compensation surveys, comparing company´s practices with the market, aiming to subsidize the analysis of external competitiveness and the definition of the Company's remuneration policies.
• To participate in the company's Performance Evaluation program, training command levels regarding the methodology used and providing the necessary support to the process steps, in order to map the individual performance of employees and subsidize the definition of actions by the management/board.
• To develop communications of the area, focused on the standards, procedures, actions of endomarketing and among other subjects, through identification of need and/or request of the leaderships.
• To continuously evaluate the performance of service providers, analyzing their performance, holding meetings to define goals and expected results, in order to ensure the quality required by the Company.
• To participate in the design and development of new projects, models, resources, programs or tools applicable to Human Resources management, analyzing their feasibility and synergy to the company's culture and guidelines, in order to subsidize the planning of future actions in the area.
• To provide assistance to employees, providing information and clarifying doubts about policies and routines in the area, seeking employee satisfaction and compliance with the internal regulations.
• To provide Management/Guidelines with analyzes and indicators related to personnel management, keeping up-to-date reports and area controls that subsidize the monitoring of the Company's employees' performance, performance, costs and productivity.
• To provide guidance and technical training to the team, clarifying doubts and procedures of greater complexity, seeking to optimize the performance and results of the department. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – KNOWLEGDE

  • Bachelor’s degree: Business Administration or Psychology or related field.
  • English Language: Advanced
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – EXPERIENCE
  • 4+ years of experience in various HR jobs, preferrably in multinational organizations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – SKILLS Results and improvement focus. Highly proactive, able to deal with multiple priorities.
Effective communications skills to build relationships across different cultures, levels and teams.
A developed emotional maturity, resilience and ability to work within a complex matrix organization.
Teamplayer, flexible to adjust as required.
Spanish: Advanced Desirable: Post, Specialization or MBA Business Administration or People Management Good Knowledge in THR Sub-systems, Basic Knowledge of Labor Legislation and Office Pack (Excel/Word).
