ABB Motion Motors & Generators business unit is looking for a HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) trainee. We offer a part-time position in which you will support with the HSE related tasks. Your weekly working time will be agreed on a flexible basis to fit your studies, the average being 16h/week. Your responsibilities may include a variety of HSE matters, but the main focus in this position is in implementation and targeted development of occupational safety management system. creating activity-based risk assessments. The position is located in Jüri.
Your responsibilities
- Creating and updating HSE field-related documentation such as working environment risk assessment, safety instructions, etc.
- Participation in HSE culture 2023-2025 program promotion and other HSE-related projects.
- Participation in internal HSE audits and problem-solving activities.
- Participation in incident investigations.
Your background
- Vocational education degree or bachelor's degree in a related field
- Genuine interest in health, safety, and environment matters
- Good communication skills, including good presentation skills and the ability to create detailed documentation
- Independent approach to work with a practical mindset
- Proficiency in Estonian and Russian, both written and spoken
