ResponsibilitiesTranslate HR shared services strategic objectives into actionable and operational work plans and ensure service levels are maintained.Implement well-governed, transparent and cost-effective processes and ensure legal and regulatory compliance in the course of service delivery.Constantly drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure resilience of company's service delivery capabilities.Ensure continual stakeholder engagement at all levels of service delivery.Support the Senior Management Team in Strategic planning, budgeting and Human Capital Development activities.
Job RequirementA Degree in the related job field. Candidate that has received tertiary education in US will be highly preferred.Has good working experience in the Shared Services Center environment / Multinational companies.Strong working experience and familiar working with the Union requirements and Labour LawExtensive knowledge of Labour Legislation and Social ChargesExtensive experience in payroll processing and administration.English language – Advanced level (Written and Spoken)Has working experience interacting with Global / International team.People oriented and results driven.Availability to work on-site in Campinas.Please submit your resume in English
Business Knowledge/Special SkillsIn-depth knowledge and understanding of HR operations, budgeting and planning for the company as a whole and with respective business units/departments.Good people management, human relations and communications skills to develop and establish cooperation and rapport with stakeholders at the management levels and of different nationalities, and to support, lead and manage the HR Shared Services.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consulting mind set.
