We are searching for a Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative who can tackle the demand from our products!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Call Handling: Efficiently manage Inbound Sales calls, understanding customer needs and providing detailed information on R3TRACTs products and services.
  • Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing accurate and persuasive sales proposals that meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring all communication is logged and information is up-to-date.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with prospects through calls and emails to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of R3TRACTs product range to offer tailored solutions to customers.
  • Sales Goals: Meet and strive to exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
  • Experience with HubSpot: Proficient in using HubSpot CRM to manage customer relationships and sales processes.
  • Sales Acumen: Previous experience in an Inbound Sales or customer service role, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product value to customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a knack for handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: $2000 USD A month + commission
