You will be helping to create business blueprints, contributing to the delivery of Information Systems services, as part of the SAP Sales, Service and Customs Team in Mannheim, Germany. You will use your detailed knowledge of processes to shape and align Information Systems solution/services building and delivery activities.In this role you will be part of a team studying key data and providing valuable insights to assist with business decisions regarding Information Systems solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Working with Information Systems Service Managers and Business Process Specialists to estimate the effort required to develop Information Systems solutions/services, as well as for change requests and releases
- Performing various ABB business analyses to support decisions regarding IS solutions
- Assisting in the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to Information Systems services
- Acting as an expert in SAP CS environment, applying your expertise to help with ongoing operations and/or develop new software
- Providing guidance or assistance to temporary teams, and guiding and monitoring task completion
- Supporting within migration projects as module lead for CS
- Coordination with external providers
Your background
- 2 years’ experience in SAP Module CS, working as SAP CS Functional Analyst with SAP ERP (ECC) and SAP S/4HANA
- Sound knowledge of ABAP development
- The ability to manage multiple demands on your time, working with cross-functional, virtual, and international teams
- A collaborative, solution- and customer-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Informatic / Information technology (or similar studies)
- Language requirement: German, English
