The Job

You will be responsible for :

• Handling data entry tasks and collating and updating information in to the system.
• Assisting in filing and scanning of documents.
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required.
• Understand the clients' requirements to develop proposals and suggest solutions to help them meet their business objectives.
• Determining project requirements and goals, defining the scope of the engagement and planning timelines.
• Working closely with technical teams to ensure towards smooth delivery of solutions.
• Working in a team of consultants and on various consulting engagements.

The Profile

• You are a native or fluent speaker of Portuguese.
• You are fluent in English, as all Guidelines and certifications will be in English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• You have access to a good internet connection and a computer.
• You are available for at least 20 hours per week Schedule is totally flexible : you decide when to work!
• You are willing to take our entry certifications to ensure you qualify for this project.
