How to contribute to our vision :
As a Student Worker, you will support the EMEA Logistics Service Procurement Department and main focus will be on :
Supplier Documentation control (contracts, H&S certification) according to SGRE processes.
Support SEA and NEME strategic buyer in daily tasks by :
Promoting cost reduction actions based on the targets set for required services.
Participating to tendering processes management (RFQs, Negotiation and Awarding Proposals) for the different services required by Operational areas for Logistics and Oversized Transport in NEME and SEA regions.
Supporting Coordination of the procurement activities in the areas of standard logistics, Oversized transport for Service Department collaborating with Field Operations areas to perform the different services according to their specific requirements.
Implementation of Procurement guidelines / standards and contribution to the improvement of the department processes.
Ensuring continuous communication with suppliers, inner clients (OPS, sales dpt, country operative teams) and Logistic Procurement teams in other regions contributing to cross functional know-how sharing.
What you need to make a difference :
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
You are enrolled at a University on Bachelor / Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar areas of Education.
You are open-minded and proactive and have huge drive and motivation.
You have the ability to multi-task.
You are a dedicated team player with the ability to be part of an exciting multi-cultural environment.
You have excellent Communication and English / Spanish skills - written as well as verbally
You have an excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
You have advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI
