We're looking for an SAP ERP Functional Analyst to join our team at ABB AS, IS Services ERP CoE, in Jüri, Estonia. In this role, you will support ABB's various businesses in the Baltics and Finland as part of the ERP CoE. Currently operating with an SAP ECC ERP Solution, you'll have the opportunity to be involved in the upcoming ERP to S/4 ERP Hana transformation.
Your responsibilities
- • Leading functional and technical design, system build, testing, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- • Working with business process owners, IS Service Managers and IS Application Owners to understand needs, estimate efforts, and manage developments, change requests, and releases.
- • Taking charge of configuration for Sales, Distribution, and Materials Management modules, ensuring alignment with business processes.
- • Ensuring ERP configuration and development adhere to ABB IS standards and local/global regulations, and coordinating with external solution providers while maintaining IS integrity.
- • Participating in business process development projects as a Subject Matter Expert, providing technical and business process/data insights.
Your background
- • Several years of relevant work experience in Sales, logistics, and/or supply chain management, coupled with SAP application design and development expertise.
- • Practical proficiency in requirements analysis, change management, and software lifecycle management.
- • Familiarity with IT Frameworks and methodologies such as ITIL, SCRUM, and Agile, as well as Process Development and Quality management techniques like Six Sigma and Lean, are advantageous.
- • Possession of SAP certifications in SAP ECC and S/4 is beneficial.
- • Fluent English proficiency is mandatory, with proficiency in Estonian, Finnish, and Russian considered advantageous.
- • M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in a relevant field, particularly in IS/IT, Logistics, or Trade.
