ITP Global Process Owner

Purpose of the position

We have an open position for an ITP Global Process Owner at Hiab. This role requires a proactive leader dedicated to improving and streamlining our end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay process. The responsibilities of this role include overseeing and optimizing the entire process, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals. It also involves collaborating with various departments to enhance the quality of our global-scale operations. The HIAB GPO ItP will have significant leadership and operational influence within the organization, working towards realizing our short and long-term strategic business and financial objectives.

This position of ITP Global Process Owner is fully remote and the position is based in Meppel, Helsinki, Malmo, Sofia, Ellesmere.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Own the end to end ItP process and portfolio management as defined by HIAB Finance Transformation
• Manage the portfolio service catalog and identify further strategies to increase value creation and centralization of activities
• Monitors KPIs to address issues early and to develop countermeasures
• Develop, implement and maintain a strong Onboarding Program with completed Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform independent Process Audits to identify further Process Improvement opportunities
• Create and apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
• Act as coach for Senior Leadership and Executive in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsors and for all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transformations
• Lead regional and global standardization of processes in the ITP process while liaising with sourcing (Direct and Indirect) to advise on improvement possibilities
• Design, build and implement a robust process improvement strategy and culture by using Lean/SigSigma methodologies in strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor in Public Accounting, Finance or similar. CPA/CA or similar qualification in Finance
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
• Lean and Six Sigma - Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• 8+ years of progressive/management work experience in a manufacturing industry
• Progressive experience working with BPO/Shared service and leading multicultural teams
• Proficient on Google tool kits
• Advanced Excel (Macros) experience
• Proficient English
• Innovative person with strategic and analytical mindset
• Customer oriented person with drive for results
• Ready to Travel within the continent 5-10 times a year; Ready to Travel overseas 1-2 times per year
