Responsibilities and assignments
What you will do:
- Develop training and development programs based on identified needs, aligned with organizational objectives
- Coordinate the execution and implementation of training programs, workshops, and professional development activities
- Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems, providing support in monitoring and analyzing results
- Participate in organizational change management processes, assisting employees in adapting to new strategies and practices
- Develop internal communication strategies aligned with company objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness
- Manage and optimize different internal communication channels
- Plan and execute internal campaigns to promote organizational culture, values, and initiatives
- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand
- Build trusting relationships and be an influencer for key stakeholders
- Develop leadership
- Contribute to the effective implementation of HR programs/projects/initiatives
- Disseminate the values and culture of Soluparts
