Responsible for the clarification of the technical part and the commercial part of the international project bidding document, and responsible for the negotiation of technical and commercial agreements. 4. Responsible for project legal risks, cost control, and performance risks. Business Skills Requirements: 1.Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of stakeholders (product management, marketing, channels), driving internal and external forces to reach and overachieve assigned targets. 2.Must welcome challenges, be self motivated and capable of working under pressure 3.Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
