Job Description


The Team:

Our Sales Team, represents Mattel Latin America for our clients. In our area we develop large business plans, that ensure our clients’ growth and development in the toy industry. In addition, we always seek to be the best Business Partner and to achieve this, besides of working as a team with Logistics, Marketing and Finance we must acquire in-depth knowledge of each market needs and of our clients opportunities.

In the Sales Team, we are responsible for business relationships with various clients across the Latam region. Our main objective is to develop our company in the long-term through commercial strategies that allow the correct performance of our brands in the different markets.


What Your Impact Will Be

  • Manage commercial Budgets ensuring that internal processes are met within the established deadlines.

  • Perform and present weekly analysis on sales performance for strategic decision making.

  • Manage the group's agendas (purchase plan, sales analysis, promotional calendar, launch schedule) and develop the Ecommerce in a profitable way.

  • Manage franchise accounts, guaranteeing the implementation of Mattel regional strategies and ensuring the fulfillment of the Gross Sales and POS plan.

     

Qualifications
