This Quality Lead role covers quality governance and leadership for LATAM Nutrition BU and Digital Quality LATAM (cross BG).

Lead and deploy Quality strategy, governance and goals for Nutrition BU LATAM and One Digital Quality

Member of BG Nutrition Quality LT

Lead Quality in Integrated Business & Quality platforms

Lead Nutrition BU Quality including SU Quality

Lead LATAM Digital Quality program

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

For Nutrition BU Quality LATAM;

Leading Nutrition Quality LATAM and teams in the end to end chain.

Quality in innovation; Innovation execution, quality risk management and quality improvement (partnership with marketing, R&D)

Supplier Quality, CM Quality (partnership with SC I&I &CM leaders, R&D and procurement)

SU Quality operations for Nutrition BU across LATAM: leading implementation, execution, improvement, compliance and teams in SU quality

Partnering Nutrition Business and Leaders in LATAM


For One Digital Quality lead;

Business development and Digital processes (quality and supporting systems, operational management systems, processes, wow, data management, quality communication end to end)

Lead the process of translating Business requirements into Digital Strategy and Proposals for Global       and regional Developers to create bigger and better Digital Solutions 

Be a key driving force for landing Latam cros BU´s/GTM Latam plan aligned to the Global Quality strategy. 

Leadership of regional Digital and Cross Programs providing expertise, supporting implementation and resources

Lead digital strategy alignments in the Q LA Council with BU Quality heads and GTM managers. 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in Quality and/or relevant SC and/or R&D functions
  • Good understanding of end-to-end chain
  • Good knowledge of Quality processes and systems
  • Technical Knowledge on Foods and/or IC categories
  • Experience working agile
  • Superb communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience managing change and transformation
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of digital processes
  • Languages: Spanish & Advanced English, Portuguese (Desired)
