Objective:
Purpose of the job (specify overall purpose of the role (why it exists) and its primary output):
In charge for the day-to-day management of Contracts area (Procurement, Financial, Commercial, etc) and the Corporate area (S.A. and Ltda. Brazilian companies), Legal support related to Corporate issues (including corporate operations) and M&A (monitoring, participating and advising operations). Also, advisory support, as required by other internal areas of the company.
Key Activities/ Deliverables:
- Analyze, prepare and negotiate Procurement, Financial and Commercial Contracts;
- Act in all corporate issues related to companies of the Kraft Heinz Group in Brazil (routine, governance and M&A/Projects Finance), including corporate consultancy issues and support to the Global team in matters related to Brazilian companies;
- Supervise law firms hired for Contracts and Corporate matters;
- Preparation and management of powers of attorney.
Competencies / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in law with OAB
- Post-Graduation in Corporate Law / Contracts
