We are looking for a Junior Maintenance Planner to join our team. Headquartered in Poços de Caldas/MG reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planning maintenance activities on a scheduled basis, managing and using standard cost controls. The professional has systematic weekly and daily meetings in order to obtain the necessary information to compose the financial planning of the services and maintenance material, then support the energy bills (Natural Gas, Energy and Water). Responsible for controlling maintenance KPIs. Você será responsável por:

1. Planning and control of OVC (Variable Cost of Operation) and FIXED Daily Base reports;
2. Planning of all Purchase Requisitions for maintenance of SPOT Services and Contracts;
3. Planning of all CAPEX maintenance purchase requisitions;
4. Planning of all service acceptances in SAP;
5. Confirmation and Validation of the Services Performed of industrial and building maintenance (Generates qualitative report of the services delivered);
6. Management and planning of information for apportionment in SAP;
7. Transportation Planning / Maintenance Collections;
8. Audit of closing the OVC (Variable Cost of Operation) in SAP (Correct Cost Allocation);
9. Management of Down Time Indicators;
10. Management of Indicators (Maintenance Software): MTTR/MTBF/Maintenance Occupancy;
11. TOP 3 - machine breakdowns with RCA (Root Cause Analysis);
12. Management of the EGA contract (OEE Software);
13. Carry out Industry 4.0 project;
14. Carry out cost reduction project;
15. Organize Benchmarking meetings with model plants.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations:

• Studying Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or production is desirable;
• Knowledge and experience in the SAP module;
• Advanced Excel;
• Maintenance scheduling;
• Intermediate English.
