Mission Details

Recruitment

Sourcing and screening resumes, scheduling and interviewing candidates, reference checks, making salary fitment, Interview assessment sheet, issuing offer letter and joining formalities.

Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.

To handle full recruitment life cycle - getting requirement to Employee Induction.

Training and Development

Getting and analyzing training needs from all departments through skill matrix / competency mapping.

Preparing annual training calendar and execution of the training.

Arranging external training based on the department need.

Evaluate Trainings.

Documentation as per requirement of ISO.

Arrange for induction program for all new joinees. Induction Evaluation time to time.

Factory License

Pollution control board

Other factory related doc

Vendor development & follow ups

Employee File & Data maintenance

Leave & attendance management on monthly basis

Joining / Exit formalities

To provide appointment , increment, confirmation, letter

Employee I-Cards, Visiting card

To maintain employee at Salary, Increment, Leave,  Loan, Personal Data

Time keeping Management

Employee Engagement Activities

Picnic coordination

Sports day celebration

Reward & Recognition

Qualification required

Post graduate in HR with 10  years of experience in relevant field

Experience required

Post graduate in HR with 10  years of experience in relevant field

Accountability

HR Operations

Document HR policies, procedures, and implementing.

Prepared documentation related to different Audits.

Maintain personal file / records of all employees

To monitor HR budget

Overtime Control

Build up back up database for key positions and update every quarter.

Exit formalities

To prepare job description of all employees
