This is an exciting entry level position responsible for Perfect Digital Store Implementation, Targets and Reports: Through specialized platforms and content sharing tools, this person will support the eCommerce Coordinator to ensure the proper organization, distribution, and update of content on those platforms, making easier access for Sales Teams.
This role will also be responsible for ensuring content adjustments to local market needs, meeting customer's different requirements and its distribution across customers working closely with Content Creation and Sales Field teams.
What are we looking for?
- Graduated in curse or complete in Administration, Marketing, Design and other related
- Innovative, focused on details, hands-on and pro-active
- Intermediate Excel -desirable knowledge in formulas such as proc v, soma se, conditionals, tabela dinamica, large database management crossing data sources
- Intermediary English (This person will participate alongside the ecommerce coordinator as a listener at global meetings will read and write emails and presentations in english).
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Be the Perfect Digital Store Champion: Support eCommerce Sales teams in Perfect Digital Store with plans and opportunities to achieve compliance plan by understanding the metrics and how content audit tool works. Provide periodical reports and training when needed.
- Build Periodical presentation of the results and status of pending adjustments of product page content (PDS) at eCommerce team meeting.
- Weekly meetings In English with the Content Management tool provider and Digital Shelf provider.
- Alongside dCommerce Sales Teams, map different customers’ content requirements and define standards that will be applicable when developing or adapting new content.
- Map all product launches during the year, Follow up Design team on timings, keep track to deliver content 2 periods before launch, and Carry out possible local adaptations and validations with marketing.
- Briefing with what should be in each development asset, ensuring all the necessary specifications.
- Keep dcomm content up to date Including PDP Page, Rich content, Brand store, etc;
- Platform owner for Precifica (live stock and pricing tracking) and eFundamentals.
