Main Responsibilities-Assist in the execution of the Colgate brand communication plan, having direct contact with agencies and partners, preparing briefings, validating assets with the team and ensuring that the brand strategy is being implemented with excellence
-Monitor marketing critical metrics monthly (Market Share, financial goals, price positioning);
-Own the communication of the Colgate brand on social media with the IBE team
-Support the business with the commercial team (market analysis, CBP agenda, reviews, promogrid, etc.)
-Development of promotional packs and monitoring of product innovations, in partnership with a multifunctional team, as well as presentation of projects in the innovation agenda (Gateways)
-Support in-store activations and external activations such as events/sponsorships, among others.
-Recommend communication, innovation and execution activities striving for better results for the business
-Operational support (budget management, contact with suppliers, budgets, project tracking with netops, market analysis - Nielsen, Kantar, etc.)
Required Qualifications-Complete Higher Education
-Experience in Marketing, preferably in consumer marketing, with brand management
-Fluent English
-Advanced Office Package
