Operational Planning Manager - Argentina - Spanish Speaking

ZTE do Brasil is looking for a professional for the position of Operational Planning Manager in ZTE Argentina Office.
Responsibilities:1) Nationwide responsibility for the definition and control of all project plans, ensuring cross-team end-to-end coordination, forecasting, tracking, and control of all RAN Projects.2) Center of Excellence for ZTE corporate project tracking tools to ensure standard layouts and operative procedures are available and adhered to respect all RAN Projects.3) Nationwide economic tracking of all RAN Projects and key point of contact with the customer for economic RAN issues.4) Responsible for client contractual governance meetings and HQ project status to customers.
Qualification & Requirements:1. A bachelor’s degree in architecture / Telecommunication / Industrial / Civil Engineering or related technical field2. At least three years’ experience in managing telecommunications projects.3. At least two years of experience in Wireless telecommunications projects.3. Familiar with typical telecommunication project delivery workflow.4. PMP Certificate is a must.5. Have good knowledge of communication ability, strong learning ability, and good teamwork ability.6. Proactive, self-motivated, and with rich communication skills.7. Proficient in English and Spanish. (mandatory).
