Supply Chain Planning And Initiatives Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fill Rate Targets:

-Collaborate with the Planning Team (Local and Global), Demand Planning, and Exo Operations Team to anticipate issues and prepare contingency plans for meeting fill rate targets across categories;

-Manage requirements and discipline over Supplier Program with Wella Third Parties Manufacturing; Also, requirements imported from Wella Global;

I-mplement proactive measures to address potential bottlenecks in the Supply Chain.

• Planning Process Efficiency:

-Establish effective daily, weekly, and monthly Planning And review processes for all Planning teams.

-Ensure alignment with short- and long-term supply needs of customers.

• New Product Launch Readiness:

-Lead project management efforts between Commit and Execute gates, involving stakeholders as needed.

-Coordinate end-to-end Supply Chain readiness plans for both imported and locally launched products, overseeing readiness for new product launches in the Brazilian market and mitigating associated risks, including its artwork and local customization.

-Guarantee artworks are being developed in alignment with Regulatory, Marketing, Quality and Customer Needs.

Identify and prioritize Initiatives that enhance Supply Chain efficiency and create value for the business and customers.

-Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals locally, globally, and external operations.

• Risk Communication:

-Proactively communicate Supply or SOS risks to commercial functions and present mitigation plan options.

-Ensure transparency and collaboration across departments to address potential disruptions.

• Inventory Management:

-Monitor and control inventory impact on costs, implementing action plans for Brazil VAR and E&O reduction.

-Establish processes for VAR prevention and regular cleanup of non-performing inventory.

• Team Development:

-Coach and develop the Supply Planning team to achieve high performance and meet business goals.

-Provide opportunities for individual growth and career advancement within the team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant experience (Supply Chain, Initiatives/new launches, CPG, or regulated industry preferred);
• Bachelor’s degree BS Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field;
• Negotiation skills and end-to-end Supply Chain understanding;
• Analytical skills (suppliers capabilities, volume trend, cost breakdown, spend, …);
• Excel: advanced knowledge;
• Power BI: knowledge desirable;
• Project management skills.
