The Growth Team at Acquco is responsible for identifying growth opportunities within the organization and acting as an operational anchor to solve everyday challenging problems to generate revenue. We are seeking an Operations & Data Analyst to join our successful team. This position requires a professional individual who has experience applying strategic thinking and problem solving skills to both operations and strategy initiatives that support the overall growth of the company. This role reports to the Growth Strategy and Operations Manager.

Strategy:

• Work alongside Strategy & Operations Manager and functional leaders to grow Acquco's omnichannel presence by expanding our brands / products onto additional marketplaces
• Omnichannel Growth: Manage relationships with external marketplaces and identify, operationalize, and implement growth opportunities to increase revenue/reduce costs
• Research: Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to help inform key business decisions

Data:

• Data Operations: Build automated/structured models on Excel to support various functions (inventory management, marketing, promotions); Collect, clean, and process data
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Build reports to track P&L across multiple channels and support data-driven decision making for new initiatives

Operations:

• Pilot: Develop, execute and report on tests to drive revenue growth for our brands (ie. New Product Launches to Omnichannel Growth)
• Project Management: Act as project manager for key initiatives with outsourced teams, shepherding initiatives from start to finish and consistent monitoring of daily responsibilities in very close detail
• Continuous Improvements: Identify and collaborate executing tasks related to operations and process improvement (e.g. analyze customer support inefficiencies and offer solutions)
• Technology: Efficiently navigate varying platform interfaces and independently troubleshoot errors by thinking outside of the box

• Proven experience as a self-starter or entrepreneur, with a track record of taking initiative and driving projects forward independently
• Experience using formulas in Excel or Google Sheets
• Attention to detail
• Experience successfully completing projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Experience working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• At least one of the following:
  • 1-3 years in management consulting or in strategy/operations at a hyper-growth company/early stage startup
  • 1-3 years experience in project management role (Asana, Monday or Planner)
  • 1-3 years experience in agency management & evaluation role
• Able to work East Coast (NYC) daytime office hours
• Bachelor’s Degree required

Compensation will be $30,000 - $40,000 USD, depending on experience
