Are you interested in working directly with partners, acting as a business consultant to help with their strategy? We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join our Partnerships & Alliances team, who will be responsible for planning and executing the business development strategy through partners in Brazil. We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive person, willing to identify new opportunities and generate business proposals that result in the growth of the entire Axur team. A typical workday might include: Create and execute a comprehensive partner strategic sales plan to serve as a roadmap for establishing and developing a partner ecosystem to support growth and commercial objectives; Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with partners, understanding and articulating how our solutions help them sell more and provide value to their customers; Identify new opportunities and generate commercial proposals; Engage partners, creating and executing business plans to increase portfolio and market share; Ensure high-quality presentations to partners and their clients, understanding and explaining how Axur's solutions can help their business results; Manage leads and the sales funnel generated by partners; Work effectively across the organization to drive strategic partner initiatives, with support from other areas including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product; Act as a business consultant to help our partners with their strategy; Maintain a good relationship with partners, ensuring compliance, training, and driving the adoption of our sales programs among their sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams; Present results to key internal stakeholders. Requirements Indispensable Requirements: Being based in São Paulo (SP), this position requires weekly in-person meetings with partners. Fluency in Portuguese; Fluency in English; Over 5 years of experience in B2B cybersecurity sales through partners; In-depth knowledge of SaaS models; Strong technical acumen and ability to speak about our products and solutions; Highly motivated to achieve challenging goals; Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills in both written and spoken Portuguese and English; Strong commercial skills in effectively identifying partner business needs and opportunities; Ability to accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; Strong relationships with cybersecurity partners; Availability to travel.
