Collect feedback from owners
Support owners in solving difficult cases
Maintain control database
Weekly KPI result report
Monthly KPI Result
Quarterly KPI Calculation
Newsletter Construction for Brazil PMO :
Collect articles from departments
Consolidate articles
Review grammatically
Review layout
Collect approvals for publishing
Publish the article on 3MS
Data Accuracy Check for Systems :
Create methods to audit D&S Processes datasets
Define the process of input data
Daily collect system data
Daily identify system problems
Push correct input of data from centralized departments
Push for centralized departments to apply corrections
Collect users' reports and improvement requests
Report dataset errors to Huawei
Follow-up dataset changes
Report Development in YBI :
Define scope
Create draft version
Review improvement points
Create final version
Collect approvals for publish

Management of Existing Dashboards :
Review access % from dashboards
