Key Responsibilities:
• The Designer will be responsible for proving technical solutions in Product development, designing equipment and parts, creating 3D models and detailed drawings of locomotives and their components.
• Design equipment and its parts using NX Unigraphics Engineering software
• Create detailed drawings of components and mechanical assemblies to be manufactured
• Provide local support during the manufacture of locomotives, resolving technical queries related to the interpretation of drawings
• Manage engineering drawing review control
Work Experience Requirements:
• Minimum experience of 2.5 years designing with CAD tools (AutoCAD and NX Unigraphics) at an advanced level
• Minimum 2.5 years’ experience working with Teamcenter
• Knowledge of intermediate level office suite, especially PowerPoint
• Intermediate English for writing and reading
• Good oral and written communication
Education Requirements:
• Technical course completed in the areas of Mechanics (CEFET, SENAI or COLTEC)
• Studying Mechanical Engineering from the 10th period onwards
Desired education:
- Mechanical Adjustment or other industrial Learning Course at SENAI
Other Requirements:
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Excellent communication skills and organization.
- Strong sense of responsibility and deadline, team player and can work under pressure.
