Thisperson will design and launch the product withthe need to understanddeeply the market dynamic while making it in conformity withAdyenConfidencial guidances and frameworks.The scalability of this productrequires deep understanding of the payment industryand financialbackground to assure values such as automation, regulatorycomplianceand a price dynamic that is competitive in the market sustained byhighvalued partners. The primary focus of this role is Brazil,but we do keep up withproducts globally. You will build andexecute Adyen-s -Antecipação de Recebíveis -product management,defining its business and technical requirements, roadmapandintegrations (internal & external).Also, you will work close todifferent teams inside Adyen (dev, finance,partnerships, commercial,compliance, risk) to keep all teams-s engagement andaligned withproduct-s strategy. As part of this dynamic, this person willalso beresponsible for all product development and improvementsregarding regulation 4734,keeping the relationship with allreceivable chambers and its interdependencies.This person willalso lead Adyen launch for platforms and marketplaces.

WHO YOU ARE:10- years experience in thepayment industry (in large acquirers that offerfinancial services asa product) A product builder with leadershipexperiencePrevious experience in launching products formarketplaces / building splitpayments and platforms Provenexperience in regulatory affairs, exposed todiscussions with CentralBank and Abecs Analytically strong and not afraid to deepdiveinto unexplored topicsYou can formulate a vision and are ableto develop, adapt, and execute short andConfidential-term strategyfor financial products; Knowledgeable in financialproducts such asadvancements, credit, financing, receivables managementandrelated. Good understanding of the payments landscape, with thecriticalthinking skills to comprehend and interpret emergingtrends. Effective andself-sufficient with the ability tooperate comfortably and independently within acomplex Confidencialenvironment.Fluent in Portuguese and English.
