Creation, development and definition of project plan including budget, work division, time schedule and resourcing
Managing projects in compliance with Wärtsilä Project Management Methodology and Business Directives
Leading project organization
Monitor, control and report quality, delivery time, cost and scope in the projects
Maintaining and improving the customer relationship
Technical background: MSc or BSc in Engineering. Preferred specialization in Naval architecture, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Proven recent experience from marine industry
Willingness to actively develop own and others skills within the project management knowledge areas as well as system integration area.
Ability to work under pressure
Problem solving, decision making and “making things happen approach”
Being forward thinking and goal focused
Fluent written and spoken English
Fluent written and spoken Spanish
Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
Over 5 years of Project Management experience or similar experience in leading a team or sub- project in direct customer interface
Avalability to travel
SAP, MS Project and Project Cockpit working experience is an advantage.
