WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Recruiting & Events Intern's main tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Assist the INSEAD Manager & rest of team in the organization and logistics of international recruitment campaigns and events
- Prepare and participate in marketing and recruiting events for international students (MBAs + MiMs) (interviews on campus, cocktails, coffee chats, presentations, dinners, etc.) on campus and virtually
- Represent the BCG brand at all stages of the communication with INSEAD students: answer information requests of students (emails and face to face)
- Assist in designing and elaborating e-marketing campaigns and promotional material
- Utilize BCG platforms to create and manage events
- Answer and manage questions in the group mailbox
- Help in supporting BCG Consultants currently studying at INSEAD with logistical issues
- Liaise with outside vendors (Taxis, restaurants, Paris and Fontainebleau venues)
- Track alumni and perform general / ad hoc analyses on recruiting activities
- Manage the merchandizing inventory
The role may require ability to travel occasionally to support the various recruiting activities.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- Master or bachelor’s degree
- Previous experience in an international environment
- Previous experience in recruiting and event management is a plus
- Fluency in English required and an excellent command of French
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PPT)
