We are looking for the best talent for the position of REGIONAL PATIENT SOLUTIONS COORDINATOR , based in São Paulo - SP.

Overall purpose of job:
Monitor and analyze Patient Support Programs (PSP) & Diagnostic Support Program (DSP), provide insight to the business based on their performance, coordinate regional initiatives, support PV CoE team in PV monitoring and execute CAPAs (corrective and preventive sctions) for quality issues identified within PSPs/DSPs.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1- CRM Management & Training: 
• Periodic knowledge and learning from local operational processes to be able to understand needs and propose solutions
• Support the design and deploy of new CRM governance 2.0
• Coordinate within CRM Governance the interaction with clusters, being responsible for understand clusters needs
• Elaborate updated CRM & PS Solutions training manual & glossary
• Perform trainings to new and current users to assure the proper use of the CRM
• Follow-up on support requests by local PSP teams & data quality issues within the CRM
• Coordinate and support PS projects focused on operational optimization and improvement of HCP & patient value perception (Digital solutions, marketing cloud, patient segmentation, Nurse Visit, Slack, and others)

2 - BRQC (BioResearch Quality & Compliance) Management:
• Manage Quality Issues & CAPA records for PSP/DSP, follow up the action plan and upload the appropriate evidence to close the corrective and preventive activities. 
• Publish periodic Service Level Monitoring dashboard to local PSP teams with key insights regarding the main findings identified by external vendor
• Coordinate SoPs and policies update and review 

3 - PSP and DSP Innovative Solutions: 
• Participate actively in ideation workshops to co-create with local and regional teams’ innovative patient/diagnostic support solutions. 
• Update monthly PSP/DSP repository with new approved BCs by Regional Committee and keep the document of active and inactive services and programs up to date.

4 - Analysis & Data Insights Generation: 
• Periodic monitoring and analysis of KPIs, identifying insights and areas of opportunity at regional and cluster level.

5 - Regional PSP Dashboard: 
• Evaluate cluster’s requests of new KPIs / ad hoc analysis 
• Support metrics definition / revision and conceptual harmonization in all clusters
• Regional demands: Gather documentation needed, perform UAT and assure compliance requirements for launch of new versions of Regional PSP Dashboard.
• Perform trainings to local (CVTs) and regional teams (IBVTs) and create material to share with users

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Degree in Business Management, Engineering , Pharmacy, Technology or other related discipline
• Intermediate English and Spanish desirable
• 3 - 5 years related experience
• Able to balance Strategic / Execution mindset
• Planning & Organization
• Systemic View and Analytical Skills
• Good communication skills
• Mapping stakeholder’s needs
• Process Management (including documentation)
• Multi-area and cross-functional project management expertise
• Able to navigate and influence a matrix organization 
• Team orientation, “can-do “attitude
• Creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through and priority-setting.
• Experience in conveying messages to councils (desirable)
• Previous roles using leadership by influence
• CRM Systems experience (desirable: Sales Force Health Cloud) 
• Microsoft Office
• Process mapping tools
