The Mid Level Risk and Process Analyst will play a crucial role in process mapping and operational improvement at senhasegura. We are seeking a motivated, communicative professional who brings fresh ideas and perspectives.
Responsibilities:
- Mapping business processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Identifying data flows, repositories, reports, etc.
- Scheduling and conducting meetings with departments for mapping and alignment.
- Documenting company processes and policies.
- Constructing reports, KPIs, and KRIs.
Requirements (must have):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in process mapping.
- Experience in data mapping.
- Experience in BI and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in complex optimization projects.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Requirements (nice to have):
- Power BI/Google Looker.
- SQL Server.
- Experience with RACI matrix.
- Knowledge of COSO framework.
