Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of CEO and Management Team; Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation; Support the executive committees, board and management committees. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure consistency and suitability in decision making process; Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers; Perform administrative tasks such as managing action plans, meeting calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copies and electronic files; Serve as a subject-matter expert in, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Eight or more years of experience in a business management or executive role; Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications; Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives; Knowledge in risk and compliance matters; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluent English. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field; Experience in data analysis and budget management; Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management; ESG best practices implementation.
