The Services Growth Strategy Consultant role supports the Services Growth Strategy Managers in the development of dealer specific SGP Calibration (Strategic Growth Plans) to support Aftermarket services growth across multiple industries.

The role involves working with Caterpillar and Dealer teams through deep data analysis, defining concentrations of Aftermarket growth opportunities, identifying problem statements & root causes, identifying potential solutions, and ultimately building a granular execution plan, which will lead to robust governance and growth over the next 1-3 years.

This position will be focused primarily in South America and supporting Construction Industries.  

Responsibilities: 
•    Support development of multiyear strategic and tactical execution plans with a focus on business growth.
•    Support segmenting the business analysis to uncover unique customer attributes and business drivers.
•    Support the execution of strategy growth projects with internal partners and dealer network.
•    Identifying potential roadblocks across the organization and working across teams to enable progress.
•    Support the development of workshop and report Out material.
•    Main point of contact for POD data and analytics.
•    Responsible for alignment of project needs and data requirement.
•    Responsible for accuracy of projects analytics.
•    Responsible for update of presentation material.
•    Responsible for additional supporting analysis.
•    Responsible for monitoring tasks completion leading to project Milestones.
•    Support the coordination and facilitation of virtual, face-to-face workshops, VOC/VOB collection and note taking.

Effective Communications:  Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with business partners and peers.
Business Development:  Ability to explore potential areas of business growth for the organization.
Value Selling:  Basic knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Basic Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business; economics, statistics, or a similar field with quantitative coursework.
•    4 years or more of professional experience.
•    Experience working with Dealers in Operations; Marketing; Sales, or Strategy.
•    MS Suite of products experience.
•    Strong Excel and Power Point skills.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
•    Effective and persuasive in both written and oral communication.
•    Able to communicate fluently in English and Spanish or Portuguese.


Desired Qualifications:
•    Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
•    2 years of Data Analytics experience.


Additional Information:
•    Expected travel at 25% - 40%.
