Influx provides customer service for brands and tech companies on-demand, 24/7, every day of the year (including holidays). To achieve this, our operation includes agents and managers working around the globe.

The Sales Representative uses a consultative sales process to understand the needs and potential of every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability to guide them to the best possible solution, answer questions, and provide them with the services that best suit their needs. We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative who is highly motivated.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to customers via inbound calls and emails (Daily Volume: ~30-50 calls, ~60-80 emails)
  • Thoroughly research and reply to Member requests with a high sense of urgency and professionalism
  • Continually exceed customer expectations
  • Ability to troubleshoot and communicate across multiple platforms
  • Proactive Sales, both to new and existing customers
  • Constantly evaluate customer experience and make suggestions to improve customer engagement/satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed KPI including time to first response, customer satisfaction scores

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 18 months of sales experience
  • Minimum of 6 months to 18 months of customer service experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication in English and Spanish
  • Polite and professional conduct, excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive attitude with an ability to creatively solve problems quickly
  • Independent, excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Willing to support other teams when needed
  • Confident, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while working under pressure
  • Computer and Technology-savvy
  • Experience with using Hubspot is not a must but preferred
  • You have training in sales methodologies (this is nice to have!)
  • Time management
  • Collections experience
  • Airline selling tickets
  • Reservations experience
  • Telecommunications experience
  • Stable and reliable internet connection
  • Communicating with one client across multiple channels such as voice, email, etc.

Internet and Device Requirement:

  • Internet Speed of 40-50 Mbps / Upload Speed - 30 Mbps
  • System: Windows 10 or more. 32 -bit Operation system.
  • RAM 8GB or more
  • Processors - Intel Core i5 or up.
  • Laptop (No Chromebook, Linux OS, or Desktop)
  • Wired headset
  • Quiet working environment
