Job Summary: We are presently in search of a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation and qualification using platforms like and CRM databases, initiating contact with potential leads through email outreach, and coordinating appointments or product demos with interested leads. Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: Research and identify potential clients, using tools like CRM, and public infrastructure spending databases. Qualify leads based on criteria such as need, budget, and decision-making authority. Email Outreach: Initiate contact with potential leads through personalized and compelling email campaigns to introduce the company's SaaS product and assess interest. Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule meetings or product demos between interested leads and the sales team, ensuring a seamless hand-off. CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, update lead statuses, and maintain detailed account records in the CRM system for effective follow-up and strategy planning. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback. Requirements: Must-haves: 2+ years of proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or something that is similar within B2B SaaS industry. Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily outreach quotas.
