Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team at SOBEREYE INC. As a Sales and Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers flexibility and is based in São Paulo, SP, with the option for relocation to Rio de Janeiro or Brasilia.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with customers and within the Health and Safety industry.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Experience in providing training and support to customers.
- Familiarity with sales management principles.
- Previous experience in Sales and Customer support roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of the impairment testing or occupational health industry is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Basic oral and written skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
- Ability to analyze data and create presentations using Microsoft tools.
