A Sales Assistant - Artificial Lift will coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely and cost-effective strategy. You will ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery and contract adherence. You will coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.
As a Sales Assistant - Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:
Facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and replacing repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement.
Processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping.
Undertaking the planning and administering of Service jobs as well as tracking Service job completion and invoicing on time.
Coordinating and supporting operations in the strategic planning of workforce, equipment and other resources.
Supporting the Commercial and Technical teams with allocation of Inhouse engineers’ resources to meet business targets
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor study in Business Administration or related field.
Have some related experience in corporate coordination or sale and services support functions.
Have good coordination, organizational and communication skills with good command in both oral & written in Thai and English.
Have good knowledge of MS Office and SAP applications.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers, teams and suppliers.
