OBJECTIVES The Director of Sales will be responsible for helping advertisers in different industries to grow their business with our gaming solutions. He/She will be navigating through complex business situations, help clients to solve their challenges and contribute to growing our revenue with ad products. The head of sales needs to utilize his/her strategic and analytical business skills, along with talent management skills to cultivate and lead the team. RESPONSIBILITIESOwn the regional industry under her/his responsibilities, jointly with our partner. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the markets ecosystem.Drive adoption of solutions across the capital markets ecosystem.Partner with other teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to sales and marketing.Represent Entravision at industry events and conferences. Participate in global thought leadership events and publications.Further evolution of cross-functional industry operating models. Grow independent software vendor (ISV) and tech partnership relationships and acquisitions. Ensure quality assurance for systems integrator (SI) enablementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSGraduated in Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing and/or related fields. Advanced knowledge of English. Experience in B2B commercial management of at least 5 years as commercial director or related function. Previous experience in advertising agencies and media will be a plus.Experience in interpretation of digital advertising platforms (X, Facebook for Business, Google Ads, DSPs, Programmatic, Digital Audio). (Not exclusive).Understanding of methods and analysis in managing key client relationships.Analytical thinking, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. A profile with entrepreneurial vision and high leadership skills, capable of providing strategic advice to the assigned portfolio of clients will be valued.Excellent presence, attitude, responsibility and commitment.POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORKThis is a Full Time position.
