We are looking for talented CRM experts in Sao Paulo to join our Sales Enablement and Customer Service Team! In this role, you will be involved in all of the most important sales & marketing business processes and will be a main point of contact with great expertise. This will be a global role which will cover both North America and Latin America, so excellent fluency in English is mandatory. You will be responsible for driving sales forecast and pipeline accuracy as well as providing continuous Sales Enablement support to the Americas Sales organization.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Ensuring sales cycle: making sure opportunity pipeline management is fully enabled from infrastructure (CRM,PRM) and end-to-end sales process perspective. With all new business models being considered in the processes/systems and local sales forces are enabled to fulfill them.
- Enterprise (ENT) pipeline hygiene: making sure ENT pipeline health parameters are within the given range. Permanent control and interaction with regional sales teams. Monitoring on a daily basis any ENT pipeline increase/decrease peaks to ensure forecast quality. Work with BI on forecast accuracy.
- Daily continued support to all internal CRM users at all times on all front-end processes, i.e. CRM object specific processes, errors, reporting, quote creation, opportunity creation, opportunity management etc.
- Maintaining Kaspersky S&M policies and procedures within CRM/PRM systems (e.g. discount approvals, promotions approvals, licensing guidelines etc.) and controlling execution on sales side.
- Maintaining CRM trainings including creation and updating of training materials to ensure all newcomers are on-boarded and all new functionalities are adopted in a timely manner.
- Communicate business requirements technically & effectively to IT/technical teams, i.e. technical briefings
What You Should Have/Know:
- Advanced CRM skills (Experience with Bitrix would be a PLUS)
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English while fluency in Spanish would be a huge PLUS
- Sales Operations experience, preferably in the IT industry
- Selling experience would be a PLUS
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel abilities
- Experience working in a demanding international environment
- Consultative skills and the ability to prioritize
- Proven ability to communicate to all levels within the organization
- Detail oriented with the ability to consistently produce a high level of accuracy
- Affinity with sales processes, sales tools and applications such as JIRA and others
- Ability to work independently and successfully execute complex assignments in a dynamic international environment with minimal guidance
- Excellent communication skills and an open communication style, team player, self-motivated, ability to learn, organizational skills, result orientation, presentation skills
