We are looking for a Sales Intelligence Leader to join our New Business team in LATAM.

What You Will Do
  • Improve sales pitches with insights and market data. Be a studious about prospects and identify business opportunities.
  • Think data driven.
  • Partner with the Sales Executive to ensure qualified leads, make client presentations to guarantee conversion of opportunities.
  • Demonstrable experience with target numbers and projections in a sales or commercial environment.
  • Participate of sales strategies while providing consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis.
  • Control documentation, billing status, contract signatures and onboarding process to ensure end to end negotiation success.
  • Be a Flywheel expert - you'll be able to answer any questions prospects may have about the products/ services.
  • Generate net new business with brands and partners.
  • Lead client’s pilot presentations from initial scope to final deliver, guaranteeing information effectiveness and contract closure.
Who You Are
  • You have previous 3-4 years of experience in sales, prior experience at a retail media company is a differentiator.
  • You are analytical and can easily use data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers.
  • You have a fluent or native level of English, Spanish and Portuguese language proficiency.
  • Ability to create engaging presentations and generate sales leads.
  • You have a desire to help customers succeed and empathize with them.
  • You stay organized and thrive in an environment that is always changing
  • A strong written and verbal communicator - you can present a pitch or craft an email in a clear and concise manner
  • You are collaborative and enjoy building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • You are skilled at building networks and converting conversations into closed business deals.

The Interview Process:

Every role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.

Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role. In your initial call, we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
