Description

The Verily Numetric Retinopathy Services (VNRS) Sales Lead will be responsible for securing commercial contracts with providers, channel partners and retail health providers. Reporting to the Head of Commercial for Verily Care Organization, the VNRS Sales Lead will be a key member of the commercial team.

Responsibilities
  • Source and close Sales Leads across the provider and retail clinic market in the US while also executing on channel partner opportunities.
  • Represent Verily at industry conferences and events.
  • Lead strategic sales processes from lead generation to close, including presenting value propositions, identifying and addressing partner needs, negotiating business terms, refining customer facing messaging and presentations and executing contracts.
  • Develop KOL and reference account relationships across markets.
  • Gather valuable feedback from customers and partners on pricing, market challenges, innovation, and the competitive landscape while collaborating with broader commercial team members to achieve company milestones.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of experience selling products or services to providers, payers and/or retail clinics.
  • Experience selling complex software or hardware solutions into large health systems.
  • Passion for delivering innovative solutions to the market and experience working closely with product, marketing, strategy and finance to refine selling process and value propositions.
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue growth, sales performance and consistent quota attainment.
  • Highly consultative and collaborative with excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills. Strong business acumen with ability to make decisions independently and a positive attitude, open mind, entrepreneurial mindset, and a willingness to travel and have fun.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling Digital Health solutions.
  • Ability to take initiative, work efficiently and respond quickly to changes and a dynamic work-flow.
  • Prior sales experience in bringing early stage products to market.
  • Roll-up-your-sleeves attitude with an ability to navigate an evolving and fast-paced environment, influence at all levels and work effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Creative and methodical problem solving: bring people together to understand needs, identify options, form hypotheses, make decisions, and learn faster through feedback.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $221,000+ bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
