Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the strategy formulation and implementation of the company's Latin American market business; Smart industry solutions (smart industry/smart hotel/smart park/smart business photo/Smart Building, etc.) strategy formulation and implementation for business expansion of key customers; Develop and deeply cultivate overseas markets, expand resources such as channel operators/brand operators/operators or home real estate developers in the target market, and achieve promotion and business goals; In-depth understanding and research of the local market, collecting target customer information, visiting customers, negotiating business, and reaching cooperation; Integrate platform resources, reach cooperation with benchmark customers in the local market, and enhance the company's market competitiveness and industry influence; Optimize the customer structure, build a rich customer array, do a good job in customer service, and achieve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above. More than 3 years of LATAM sales experience in consumer electronics/lighting/home appliances/security and other industries related to IoT/smart home/smart industry solutions, rich customer resources in Colombia are prioritized; Familiar with basic concepts and industrial environments such as cloud computing, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, and intelligent hardware; English can be used as a working language, familiar with markets in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Central and South America, etc. Portuguese and Spanish a big plus. Strong planning, coordination, communication, leadership and decision-making skills; Strong learning ability, strong logic, like the simple, passionate, all-out, customer-first values of the Internet; This position requires a business trip to Central and South America.
