ACCOUNTABILITIES/MISSIONS

  • Responsible for setting up and periodically review budget and generate sales revenue for C&C as per the goal set for the financial year.
  • Responsible for introducing successful C&C adhesives in target areas as per market needs by taking up development in-house for local production products.
  • Preparing & planning Sales Forecast and payment collection for C&C business for the assigned region.
  • New product development.
  • Develop the sales Channel through which the company products can be sold.
  • Introduce the Company’s products and its usages to prospective customers
  • Collect the payments and relevant statutory requirements (BG, SD, etc.)
  • Strictly monitor the credit terms, Credit limit and ensure the collection in time.
  • Maintaining the budgeted margins.
  • Submit monthly FC to ensure timely supply to customers. Strengthen network increase customer base with team work.
  • Follow HSE standards and cascade to the Team. Support and Motivate team. Customer Relations and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Key account management. Report in Sales Force CVR, Weekly & Monthly Reports and Customer Complaints.
  • Creating Brand awareness in the respective market.
  • Organizing marketing and promotional activities such as Product presentations & Meets for targeted customers, exhibitions, creating or coordinating the creation of POS materials.
  • Assess the competition regularly and perform the necessary competition analyses in order to determine suitable marketing and pricing strategies
  • Monthly Reviews on Sales & Collection in their region and regularly reporting in sales force.
  • Understand the market requirements and work with the internal team to provide best techno-commercial support to customers

CONTEXT, ENVIRONMENT & PROFILE

  • Effectively represent the company and ensure that his sales team best represents the interests of the company at all times in order to enhance the image of the company and its products thereby ensuring that agreed sales and margin targets are achieved or exceeded within budgeted resource costs.
  • Understanding market requirements and competitions , achieve sales with High end Technical Selling, Sales budgeting, sales promotion, business development, customer care and commercial functions in challenging business environment of C&C Market.
  • The position required extensive traveling for visiting existing/new project customers, technical specifiers, distributors /Applicators/contractors.
  • Degree: Graduate / Post Graduate in management
  • Experience: Project Sales and Marketing experience of 10- 15 years in Construction Adhesives & Chemicals and Building Materials
  • Skills: Well Organized, Self-Motivated and Good Team Player. Adequate Knowledge in MS Office. Quick learner. Build Relationships. Negotiation. Market Knowledge.
