Objective Responsible for the D2C sales, focus on Consumer and Small Business segments inside of eCommerce structure. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing the Inside Sales Consultants. Responsibilities Keep track of performance of main KPIs aligned with quarterly targets, such as: Revenue, Margin, Units Productivity: Ensure consultants productivity, aligned with demand through inbound channels: Call, Chats, WhatsApp and Leads. Quality Process: Ensure customer experience for each contact, every day. People: Team management, driving talents development making sure everyone is listen - at Lenovo we agree that all inputs are important to the success of our growth. Presentation Skills: Lead the Weekly Review presenting the business performance aligned with targets; Change the Business Dynamic ecosystem: be comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment and always looking for new ways of improving customer experience and internal processes. Manage local and global projects; Tools | Sales Operational Skills Responsible for managing tools of sales operations (Calls, Chats, Whatsapp and Leads). Previous experience with CRM is important. Capability to analyze performance trends & historical patterns ensuring short and long term capacity planning. Own NPS score and improvements What are we looking for: Bachelor's degree - we are open to multiple focus areas as we believe you can develop yourself independently on which area you have chosen. English advanced or fluent Spanish is a plus NPS tools knowledge CRM Dynamics or similar experience Expertise within Sales D2C Leadership expertise (07 direct resources, it can expand) Additional Locations : Brazil, São Paulo, Hybrid Format (3x office, 2x Home Office)
