In order to keep a more direct and significant relationship with them, we created the Consumer Direct Interaction sector, with an organized structure that is completely consumer-centered, reuniting under one perspective the main functions that are part of this journey. Within the area, our Ownership Solutions teams work proactively to offer the best aftersales products to our consumers, delivering outstanding experiences in order to make them loyal ambassadors to our brands. What you'll do: As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for the operationalization of sales plans for Hispanic countries in Latin America, deploying resources to meet the company's objectives and making recommendations on resource and budgetary requirements. If you have great analytical and negotiation skills, can mix your strategic vision with a people-oriented approach, and can set up clear priorities in face of multiple demands, you're just the kind of person we need! In detail, you will: Lead Ownership Solutions Sales teams as well as external partners, driving top line growth and profitability, acting as reference point for commercial knowledge; Take charge of critical key accounts for the company, building and establishing long-term relationship with customers and partners; Develop short and mid-term business plans in order to reach Electrolux's objectives, collecting market information to identify new opportunities for growth and optimization of resources, Develop and manage the sales teams under your responsibility, enabling growth opportunities, evaluating performance and giving actionable feedback; Drive Aftermarket business by bringing insights from the S&OP process as well as customer and market analysis; Drive business according to omnichannel knowledge, managing performance results, proposing new channel opportunities and monitoring market behavior. As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W). Who you are: You have: Bachelor's degree; Solid experience with white line appliance sales; Experience with direct team management; Solid knowledge of white line appliance market; Advanced English; Advanced Spanish. Where you'll be: You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
