Advanced English Key responsibilities/Expectations from the Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business needs. This individual should possess a strong understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce CPQ projects. Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to quoting, pricing, and configuration processes. Conduct workshops and interviews to gather detailed requirements for Salesforce CPQ implementations. Solution Design: Design and document Salesforce CPQ solutions based on gathered business requirements. Work closely with the development team to translate business needs into technical specifications. Configuration and Customization: Configure Salesforce CPQ to meet business and process requirements. Customize CPQ solutions to enhance functionality and address specific business needs. Implement and maintain Salesforce CPQ rules, pricing, and approval processes. Data Management: Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate and efficient data migration into Salesforce CPQ. Implement and maintain data models within Salesforce CPQ. Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Salesforce CPQ implementations. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the successful testing of CPQ functionalities. User Training and Support: Provide user training on Salesforce CPQ features and functionalities. Offer ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to CPQ. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce CPQ configurations, processes, and customizations. Create and update user guides and training materials. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment of Salesforce CPQ with overall business objectives. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to integrate CPQ with other Salesforce modules and third-party applications. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about Salesforce CPQ best practices, updates, and new features. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimizations.
