We are looking for a Security Operations Analyst to join our team, performing a support role in the configuration of alerts and analysis of incident triage. A communicative, curious, proactive person willing to analyze processes that result in the growth of the whole Axur business. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world! A typical workday might include: Taking responsibility for managing client outcomes on the Axur platform, performing alert configuration and incident triage analysis; Collaborating with clients proposing improvements to platform configurations; Responding to critical incidents with clients, participating in war rooms, and recommending and executing corrective actions on the Axur platform. Requirements Experience or knowledge in Security Operations Centers (SOC); Experience or knowledge in security incident response; Experience or knowledge in Threat Hunting; Availability for work shifts, on-call duty, and weekend rotations; Portuguese fluency; Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken).
