Our team is responsible for the growth of the business of 99's personal loan solution, 99Empresta. We have daily challenges and learn daily about growth strategy, relationships with other areas and how to create value for the user.

  • Maintenance and creation of new acquisition monitoring metrics
  • Support team on growth operations strategy and operations, optimizing the growth operations process (increase campaings conversion rate and optimize CAC). Optimize channels end to end conversion, understand main gaps, and improve channels and growth performance
  • Autonomously identify and structure problems and opportunities for the business (analyze data for decision making and generate insights)
  • Develop hypotheses, prioritize analyzes and conduct medium/high complex analyzes with autonomy and consistency and generate insights from data analysis
  • Synthesize analysis conclusions and generate relevant insights for the community
  • Question the data and bring insights and recommendations to leadership, also identifying the stakeholders to be mobilized and the impacts to be generated
  • Project and initiative management
  • Management of diverse stakeholders, establishing a good relationship between operations and product/engineering teams
  • Continuously communicate with the Regional Team and CN headquarter operation team to guarantee the best acquisition performance and map new opportunities for growth; 
  • 2-3 years past experience in growth operations. It will be an advantage if you have experience in fintech/financial enviroment, growth/marketing, and paid media areas
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and data modeling, with previous experience with data analysis at a strategic level, generating insights for the business
  • Strong analytical skills, including SLQ programming language . Ability to make solid business decisions and evaluate performance based on data
  • Strong ability in project management, process optimization, and other operational management
  • Strong sense of responsibility, executive ability, self-driven and quick learning ability
  • Strong communication skills, practical, patient and meticulous
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, hands-on mentality
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, engineering, or a related field
  • Base City: Sao Paulo (in-person work 3x per week)
